Response times
We answer support requests as soon as possible. For a trip happening today, put your booking reference and “TODAY” in the email subject so the operations team can identify it quickly.
Payment safety
Kiort will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, complete card number, or banking password. Payment verification happens through Razorpay and the Kiort server.
