Booking agreement

A booking is confirmed only after the server verifies payment and Kiort issues a confirmation. Tour places are itinerary stops and are not separately bookable products. Prices shown in the confirmed server quote apply to the selected tour and number of persons.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate identity, contact, traveller, and trip details.
• Provide clear preferred pickup and drop locations outside airports.
• Be ready at the agreed location and follow safety instructions.
• Do not misuse accounts, payments, OTPs, or website services.

Itinerary and availability

Trips depend on date availability, traffic, weather, government restrictions, venue hours, and operational conditions. Kiort may change the order of places, omit an unavailable stop, provide a reasonable alternative, or reschedule where necessary for safety or circumstances outside its control.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay. A debit without a confirmed booking will be investigated using the payment reference. Any refund is governed by the cancellation and refund policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kiort is not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by traffic, weather, venue closures, public authorities, or other events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
