We collect information needed to provide your trip: name, verified phone number, email, pickup and drop locations, travel date, group size, booking history, and support communications. We also process basic technical information such as request identifiers, device or browser information, and security logs.

How we use information

• Process bookings and payments you submit through the site.
• Create, operate, support, and communicate about your booking.
• Process payments, prevent fraud, and reconcile transactions.
• Improve service reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Payments and service providers

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Kiort does not store complete card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials. We may share only the information necessary with payment, messaging, hosting, monitoring, and trip operations providers.

Retention and security

We retain booking and transaction records for operational, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. Access is restricted by role, sessions are protected, and sensitive configuration is kept server-side. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete eligible personal information, or withdraw consent where applicable. Some booking and payment records may need to be retained by law.
